For Metro Manila and GMA customers ordering for delivery from selected cities, Gap.com.ph offers a next-day delivery service on orders placed on May 6 - 10, 2024 for your order to arrive in time for Mother’s Day.


Next-day delivery is available in the following areas:

  • Metro Manila
  • CAVITE - Bacoor, Imus and Dasmariñas
  • LAGUNA - San Pedro, Biñan and Sta Rosa
  • BULACAN - Marilao and Meycauayan
  • RIZAL - Taytay, Cainta and Antipolo

Cut-off time for next day delivery is at 1PM. Orders placed between 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM will be able to enjoy our next-day delivery service. Orders placed beyond the 1PM cut-off will be included in the cut-off of the following day and will be shipped 2 days after placing the order.

Last cut-off on May 10, 1PM, will be delivered on May 11, 2024.

Shoppers may avail the next-day delivery service for free when they reach P4,000 on their online purchases. Orders below P4,000 will have standard shipping rates & delivery schedule.

For metro manila and areas covered by next day delivery service, place your orders on or before 1pm on May 10 to receive your items by May 11, 2024.

For qualified next-day delivery purchases, you will receive order status via SMS notifications from our delivery rider/courier.


IMPORTANT

  • Cancellation requests

    For security reasons, additions, cancellations, or amendments on orders and/or shipping address cannot be made once order is confirmed. Special last minute requests cannot be accommodated as well. Gap.com.ph reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.

  • For orders with out-of-stock products or other order issues

    If for any reason the products ordered by you are not available at the time you placed your order, we will notify you of this by email through a notification of the cancellation of your order. If you have paid for the unavailable item/s, we shall request for a reversal/ refund from your chosen payment gateway. If some of your chosen items are available, you will receive a separate email with an updated order number and a breakdown of items for shipment. Our acceptance of your order in the Order Processing Email is limited to the products that are available - no contract of sale will be concluded in respect of products that are not available. We will retain the title in the products until full payment has been received by us.

  • For failed delivery attempts due to unavailble customer

    Failed deliveries due to customer's failure to receive the order, the standard delivery schedule will apply. The customer must ensure that the correct contact information of the recipient is provided.

  • For faiIed delivery attempts due to unforseen incidents

    In the event that there will be light rainfall, expect a slight delay in the delivery. Otherwise, during unforeseen incidents, such as floodings or road closures that hinder our delivery partner from delivering your purchase, orders that are scheduled for next-day delivery will automatically be converted to standard delivery with or without prior notice.
